    I first go into Bluetooth and Devices. Then click on View more devices. Then scroll down and click on More Devices and Printer Settings. Then I right click on my headphones icon and go to Properties. Then go to the Services tab and Uncheck the Handsfree Telephony option. After unchecking this, my headphones work in MS Teams!!

    Recently I tried connecting my gen 1 Sony Gold wireless headset to my Surface Pro 6 via dongle. It installed just fine, was recognized right away, and I am able to hear sound and use the mic, but my mic volume is extremely low. I've maxed all settings for it and the input volume is averaging 10-12% when talking normally (see screenshots).
