Adam John Forshaw (born 8 October 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL Championship club Blackburn Rovers. Forshaw began his career in the academy at Premier League side Everton and came to prominence at Brentford , with whom he won the 2013–14 League One Player of the Year award.

He also played for Glasgow Rangers just before WW2 until he was called up. He was shot in the leg while in action.
