29 May 2024: A person died after being ingested into the engine of an Embraer 190 operating as KLM Cityhopper Flight 1341. [30] The incident occurred on the airport's apron during pushback as the aircraft was preparing to depart for Billund. [31] The investigation concluded that the person died by suicide.
