George Krause (born 1937) is an American artist photographer, now retired from the University of Houston where he established the photography department. Krause has published a few books of photographs and his work has been collected by many institutions. He lives and works in Wimberley, Texas.
Schlueter photographed the quickly growing Houston region in the first half of the twentieth century, retiring in 1964. [1] Schlueter's work was used by early oil producers in the region to document and promote their work.

Ward, a personal friend of Marvin Zindler, helped Zindler obtain his position at Channel 13, by urging the station to hire him after Zindler had been fired from his job at the sheriff's department. [7] In May 2019, Ward published his memoir, “Good Evening, Friends.” The title reflects the salutation he used to begin each newscast at KTRK. [8]
