The Thrissur Pooram is an annual Hindu temple festival held in Thrissur, Kerala, India. It is held at the Vadakkunnathan Temple in Thrissur every year on the Pooram day—the day when the moon rises with the Pooram star in the Malayalam Calendar month of Medam. It is the largest and most famous of all poorams in India. [2]
On Pooram day it will cost Rs 15. The exhibition will be open from 10 AM to 9 PM. Around 188 stalls and 80 pavilions have been set up in 2013 for the exhibition. Now the ticket rate is Rs 35/person(full ticket for everyone above 4 years).There are amusement rides for children and food stalls are also there in the exhibition.
