The Downtown DeLand Historic District (also known as downtown DeLand) is a U.S. historic district (designated on December 23, 1987) located in DeLand, Florida. The district is bounded by Florida & Rich Avenues, Woodland Boulevard , & Howry Avenue.

The DeLand House Museum is located at 137 West Michigan Avenue, DeLand, Florida. Built in 1886 by Henry Addison DeLand, [2] it changed hands numerous times until it was donated to the city of DeLand in 1988. It opened as a Victorian era historic house museum in 1990. [3]
Conrad Center, also known as The Robert M. Conrad Research and Educational Center, is a museum operated by the West Volusia Historical Society in DeLand, Florida. It was built in 1997 by Mrs. Hawtense Conrad in honor of her late husband Robert. It includes exhibition space, a library, and space for meetings, classes and lectures.
