Minnesota State Highway 24 (MN 24) is a 47.832-mile-long (76.978 km) highway in central Minnesota, which travels from its intersection with U.S. Highway 12 (US 12) and MN 22 in Litchfield and continues northeast to its intersection with US 10 and Sherburne County Road 6 in Clear Lake.

Clearwater was platted in 1856, and named after the nearby Clearwater River. [5] A post office has been in operation at Clearwater since 1856. [6] Three properties in Clearwater are listed on the National Register of Historic Places: the 1861 First Congregational Church of Clearwater, the 1863 William W. Webster House, and the 1888 Clearwater Masonic and Grand Army of the Republic Hall.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 61.8 km 2 (23.9 sq mi), of which 58.0 km 2 (22.4 sq mi) is land and 3.7 km 2 (1.4 sq mi) (6.04%) is water. Clearwater Township is located mainly in Township 122 North of the Arkansas Base Line and Range 27 West of the 5th Principal Meridian.
MN 9 serves as a north–south and east–west route between New London, Benson, Morris, Breckenridge, Barnesville, Ada, and Crookston in west-central and northwest Minnesota. Monson Lake State Park is located west of Sunburg and west of the junction of 9 and MN 104. The park entrance is located off MN 9 via County Road 95 (CR 95). [2]
