Yes, thank you Anwille, I am aware that flash player has been out since January 12th, however, I keep getting that flash player icon on the bottom right corner of my computer screen whether I am in the Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser. IT appears randomly and I do not know how to disable or get rid of it. Clicking on it does not help.

When downloading the adobe flash player for internet explorer, IE will block it from downloading the file, click the bar at the top of the adobe flash site and say download file... As of 2011-03-28: Click on the "Click here for troubleshooting information.", then click on: "Troubleshoot Flash Player installation | Windows", there you can select "Download Flash Player with the manual installer" and then you can install it without the download manager. –
