A joint three year BBC–Sky deal is agreed with the Football Association that will see live Women's Super League matches shown live on television. The "landmark" deal, worth £7m–£8m a year will see 22 matches aired live by the BBC, at least 18 of them on BBC One or BBC Two, with 44 matches shown by Sky Sports .
