Shadowrun: Hong Kong is a turn-based tactical role-playing video game set in the Shadowrun universe. It was developed and published by Harebrained Schemes , who previously developed Shadowrun Returns and its standalone expansion, Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut .
