Fulton County is a county in the U.S. state of Illinois. According to the 2020 census, it had a population of 33,609. [1] Its county seat is Lewistown, [2] and the largest city is Canton. Fulton County comprises the Canton, IL Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is part of the Peoria-Canton, IL Combined Statistical Area.
Banner Township is one of twenty-six townships in Fulton County, Illinois, USA.As of the 2020 census, its population was 325 and it contained 184 housing units. [1] The township was known as Utica Township, then Monterey Township, before becoming Banner Township.
As of the 2020 census [1] there were 135 people, 55 households, and 37 families residing in the township. The population density was 9.70 inhabitants per square mile (3.75/km 2).
