In-Processing Fort Jackson. All Permanent Party Soldiers arriving at Fort Jackson between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, must report in uniform for in-processing in Room 200 in the Strom Thurmond Building located at 5450 Strom Thurmond Blvd, Fort Jackson, SC 29207.
