A Gedmatch version for YDNA would only make sense if there were other DNA companies doing YDNA like FTDNA the way multiple companies do autosomal DNA testing. To be fair, there are other companies that provide proper Y-DNA tests:

By then I had noticed on Y-STR that the F9999xx labels at the left of each ancient DNA samples were GEDMatch kit numbers, and surmised I could use GEDMatch's One-To-One comparison tool to run my kit against any of the ancient samples, as well as against any current DNA sample at GEDMatch.

I know now that I could have ancient Sephardic ancestry, Sonia dunes the rest was Ashkenazi, but after some research I now feel like we aren’t only Ashkenazi but also Bukharian. I submitted my mother’s dna to family tree dna and she got Ashkenazi, obviously, then got trace amounts of North Africa, Central Asia, and Finland.

This Dna still shows when I change the tolerance to 1cM, with obvious markers on each segment, though at 2cM it drops to hardly any dna. I am very new to this Archaic Dna and to be honest I was looking at it due to my Ancestry Dna ethnicity initially looking totally incorrect, but then finding it based on Ancient Dna not recent.

Ancestry DNA user - I've identified approx 70 DNA matches that have a small percentage of Basque DNA. The highest is 4%. Most, including my sister and me are 1%. I do have close cousins with 2 & 3%. Seeking others and maybe starting a new group project. My Basque DNA married into my Perreault / Perrault / Perrot line. Thank you.
