Also, it looks like your customer service can't impede the ability to cancel your subscription. This is a user to user form. 99.9% of us DO NOT work for Evernote/Bending Spoons. There are some employees here that monitor but that interaction is low and it's not the forums main purpose. We don't have access to employee channels.

Is this typical of Evernote's Customer Service? Here is my latest plea: I have tried writing 3 times without anyone responding. Bad customer service. I am the Pastor of a church and we are interested in using Evernote Premium. Not sure if we need Evernote Business. Some info on that would also be helpful.
Evernote Expert. Posted August 2. Another option, if you simply want to obtain a refund, is to ask your bank for a chargeback. You'll have to explain that you requested a refund under the terms within 60 days but you haven't received any response. The bank should handle this within a day or two.
