    Also, it looks like your customer service can't impede the ability to cancel your subscription. This is a user to user form. 99.9% of us DO NOT work for Evernote/Bending Spoons. There are some employees here that monitor but that interaction is low and it's not the forums main purpose. We don't have access to employee channels.

    Evernote General Discussions. It seems like Evernote's customer service is the worst out there. I reached out through the support request option in the app and got no response. I found a link on Google to a contact form and submitted my issue there, but it took them 4 days to respond, and they didn't solve anything.

    Evernote Expert. Posted August 2. Another option, if you simply want to obtain a refund, is to ask your bank for a chargeback. You'll have to explain that you requested a refund under the terms within 60 days but you haven't received any response. The bank should handle this within a day or two.
