The 3200 N Central Building, formally known as Great American Tower, is a high-rise office building located along Central Avenue in the Uptown area of Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The tower rises 24 floors and 320 feet (98 m) in height. [1] [3] Owned by DPC Companies and Bridge Commercial Real Estate, 3200 N Central was built in 1985. [2]
Ground was broken in 1974 and the tower was constructed by the M. M. Sundt Construction Company of Phoenix. In 1975 when the building was about half complete the Del E. Webb Realty & Management Company a subsidiary of the Del E. Webb Corporation was named the leasing and property manager.
The Bank of America Tower is a highrise in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The tower is the centerpiece of the Collier Center, a multi-use office and entertainment complex.
