Bayfair Center (orig. Bay-Fair, later Bay Fair, Bayfair Mall) is a regional shopping mall and power center in San Leandro, California. It was among the first malls in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area. Anchors are Target, Kohl's and a 16-screen Cinemark Century cinema. The Macy's anchor store closed in 2024.

Farmers Trading Company Ltd (branded as Farmers) is a New Zealand mid-market department store chain. Headquartered in Flat Bush , Auckland , [ 1 ] Farmers operates 59 stores across New Zealand, [ 2 ] specialising in family fashion, beauty, homewares, furniture, large appliances and whiteware.
In addition to the two department stores, the center features 65 upscale tenants including Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, and an Apple Store. [2] Home furnishings retailer RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), which is based in Corte Madera, [3] operates two stores at The Village, including a three-level Design Gallery with a rooftop restaurant.
