Families who are new to ELC Broward early learning programs and wish to register their children can create an account to access eligibility determination services, community resources, and apply for VPK and School Readiness through the State of Florida Office of Early Learning Family Portal.
You may apply for School Readiness services by clicking here: Family Portal. Once you apply your application is reviewed and you are contacted by Email. If you are potentially eligible, you are placed on the waitlist until enrollment takes place, depending on availability of funding.

Please view the brief School Readiness Provider Transfer video below for instructions, then you will need fill out an ELC Transfer form to request that we open your Family Portal account. You will receive an email when your account has been opened, allowing you to request the transfer.
