City of Torrington residents can bring their household electronic scrap items (e-waste) to the Water Pollution Control Facility Drop-Site Recycle Center located on Bogue Road for recycling. The e-waste recycle drop-off site will be open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and weekends from 7:30 to 9:30 am.
