BCRWA has 13 groundwater wells which provide water to the treatment plant. During normal operation, 3 to 6 of these wells are in use at a time. Each well can pump up to 450 gallons per minute.
You can pay your water bill by mailing it to the office, bringing your bill in the office, or by using our web site at www.bcrwa.org. If you use the web site to make your payment online using a credit card, debit card or check you will be charged a processing fee.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The water plant is manned 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. The distribution department hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
