The Palmer House – A Hilton Hotel is a historic hotel in Chicago's Loop area. It is a member of the Historic Hotels of America [ 1 ] program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation . The first Palmer House opened in 1870, and the present building (the third) in 1925.
The oldest of the group is the Francis F. Palmer House at 75 East 93rd Street. No. 75 was expanded and Nos. 69 and 67 were erected by a later owner, George F. Baker Jr. The three buildings are New York City designated landmarks, and the entire ensemble was added as a group to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1]
The O.K. Palmer House was awarded recognition as a historic, renovated home by the city of Chehalis via its Chehalis Historic Preservation Commission. The accolade, given in 2006, lists the home as a crucial part of the history of the city and a plaque, denoting the original build and important restoration dates, is displayed on the house.

The Palmer House is a historic hotel in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, United States. It was built in 1901 and expanded in 1916. [ 2 ] The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for having local significance in the themes of commerce and social history. [ 3 ]
When Palmer returned in February 1850, he purchased part of Smith's land and merged it with his brother-in-law's, Palmer's son's and daughter-in-law's to form a 465-acre (188 ha) tract which he platted to be Dayton. [8] The first building and Palmer's home was a hotel in the center of the newly platted area.
