Alan Henry Schoenfeld (born July 9, 1947) is an American mathematics education researcher, consultant, and theorist. He was the Elizabeth and Edward Conner Professor of Education and Affiliated Professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley before retiring in 2023.
