Bubbie (voiced by Roz Ryan) is an anthropomorphic whale. She is Flapjack's adoptive mother; she found him at sea in a bed of seaweed when he was a baby. Knuckles and Flapjack live inside her mouth, and she serves as their transportation as well as home. Bubbie disapproves of Flapjack's adventures, and she views K'nuckles as a bad influence on him.
A wave comes in through the whale's open mouth and washes Goofy around. He gets blown out of the whale's blowhole and falls back down, his head getting stuck in the blowhole. After Cuddles encourages her to jump in again, he starts getting attacked by a bunch of piranhas, gets tossed around like a beach ball by 2 sea lions and eaten by an alligator, but manages to escape its mouth. And after he escapes the pond, he gets crushed by a whale, all the while Flaky fails to save her friend. Moral: "Don't breathe under water!"
