Heath Hall (formerly East Weald) is a Grade II listed large detached house at 59 The Bishop's Avenue in Barnet, North London. Built in 1910, Heath Hall remained a residential property until the post-war period. After various owners, it fell into dilapidation before being bought and renovated in recent years.
The homes were split into two flats. The paint scheme created a uniform appearance, and by 1900 these homes became somewhat sought after. [5] Between 1870 and 1914, the style was of a terrace of two-storey houses. These were built with yellow brick with red brick detailing, and the roofs were made of slate. Some properties had bay windows.

The East End Dwellings Company was a Victorian philanthropic model dwellings company, operating in the East End of London in the latter part of the nineteenth century. The company was founded in principle in 1882 by, among others, Samuel Augustus Barnett, vicar of St Jude's Church, Whitechapel; [1] [2] it was finally incorporated in 1884.
