Use Sign-in Helper, AOL's password reset and account recovery tool, to get back in to your account. Go to the Sign-in Helper. Enter one of the account recovery items listed. Click Continue. To manage and recover your account if you forget your password or username, make sure you have access to the recovery phone number or alternate email address you've added to your AOL account.
