The Prague derby (Czech: Pražské derby) or Derby of the Prague S (Czech: Derby pražských S) is a football match between local Prague rivals SK Slavia Prague and AC Sparta Prague. The two clubs are considered to be the most successful in Czech football, having won league and cup titles on numerous occasions.
Another symbol of Sparta is the big "S"; thus, Sparta and Slavia Prague are usually collectively called the Prague "S" and contest the Prague derby. Sparta Prague has three stars above its crest to signify winning 30–39 national league championships, adding a new star for every ten league titles.
Slavia Prague's tally of 21 League titles is the second-highest in Czech football, after Sparta Prague. As of May 2021, they are one of five teams, the others being FC Viktoria Plzeň, FC Baník Ostrava and FC Slovan Liberec, that has won the Czech Football League since its reformation in 1993.
Slavia's greatest rivals are Sparta Prague, with whom they contest the Prague derby. A local Vršovice derby is also contested between Slavia and Bohemians 1905 , whose stadium is situated a kilometre from Eden.

The most famous clubs, Sparta and Slavia, were both founded in 1893. The first Czech championship, won by CFK Kickers Prague (spring) and Deutscher FC Prag (autumn) was disputed. In 1897 the Czech Crown championship was won, won by Slavia and in 1902 the Czech Football Association championship won by the Cesky AFC Vinohrady.
The league was dominated by clubs from Prague with Sparta Prague winning 19 titles, Dukla Prague 11 and Slavia Prague 9. The attendance record for the league was set on 4 September 1965, when 50,105 spectators attended a match between rivals Sparta and Slavia in Prague.
