The Prodigy are an English electronic dance music band formed in Braintree, Essex, in 1990 by producer, keyboardist, and songwriter Liam Howlett. The album became the band's fourth consecutive studio album to top the charts in the UK. [3] Among its four singles were the UK top ten hits "Omen" and "Warrior's Dance", both of which received silver certifications from the BPI. In 2000, Thornhill left the band and went on to record various solo EPs under the names "Longman" and "Flightcrank". [2] He subsequently started a DJ career, but he continued to keep in touch with the Prodigy. [2] During the Prodigy's "Their Law" tour Thornhill was the DJ support act at several venues.
