Thinakaran is a daily Tamil newspaper in Sri Lanka. It is published by Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited. Its sister newspaper are Sunday Observer, Silumina, Dinamina and Daily News. [1] [2] [3] He also worked for the Dinamina, another newspaper published by the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited. [1] He was appointed news editor of the Thinakaran in 1957, becoming its chief editor in 1961.
