    I was checking my online banking today and I saw that I got a refund for my Canadian fishing license that I was unable to use because of the pandemic. I purchased a 1yr Sport Fishing License on 1-23-2020 for $69.52 USD. They refunded $66.66 USD to the credit card I used for the purchase. I guess the US dollar lost a little value since January.

    A Candian citizen fishing in the United States shows intent on physically arriving into the US for a purpose and not merely just traversing the border. Only possessing a US fishing license will not be sufficient. Local PD and DNR do not have immigrational authority. That is why they did not ask you for proper immigration documents.
