Not all hotels participate in the UK packages at the same time herefore very often entire hotels are unavailable for many months of the year, and even if they do participate it is very often very limited room types. I just didn't know whether this applied to the non-Disney hotels too.

It's lumped in with other Disney Springs Resort Area hotels that are not owned by Disney, so it's technically on-property, not a Good Neighbor. Those hotels, Drury included, do get Early Theme Park Entry, but not the earlier 7 a.m. Genie+ booking window, which is a big downside. You're right, all non-Disney hotels drop off at TTC.

Is it possible to invite our off property friends to visit us at our Disney Deluxe Resort Hotel? 2. Will they be able/allowed to park at the resort or indeed make it through the security point? 3.
Beginning September 30, 2024, the Bay Lake Pool at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be closed for maintenance. The Contemporary feature pool and water play area will remain open for Guests to enjoy. Guests may see or hear maintenance work in the area until the work is completed in late December.
