Hey Giorgio1955, We are unaware of an official way to check the manufacture date of your iPhone, but you can find the original purchase date when you enter the serial number on Apple's Check Your Service and Support Coverage page. So, if you decide to believe the claims that iOS 17.6.1 is bad compared to the same claims regarding ALL other versions, you should stay with the existing version.
