To work around the issue, I use Private navigation. In Safari for instance, you can open a new private window through Command-shift-N. Private windows won't use your cookies, so it won't auto-connect to a different account, and the cookies will be deleted once you close the window, so it won't affect the default account in Safari. I'm trying to sign into my uni account (Outlook) but when I insert my credentials it's automatically logging me into my works email (also Outlook). I've tried signing out of that account and going through the same process but the problem is repeating. Not only is this annoying but it's a massive security threat using a shared computer.
