Signage went up this morning for a new spot called HotBox Eatery, on Market near 5th, at the old TC's sandwich shop space. Haven't heard anything about this, and nothing evident on Google or fb. Curious - always enjoy new food options in the central business district. It also appears that Bazo's and Chop Chop Salads have bitten the dust.

by Rich S » Tue Mar 07, 2023 4:31 pm. Top 1 Korean BBQ & Hotpot plans to open at 1803 Bardstown Road, which I think is part of the former Bard's Town location. It doesn't seem to be part of a chain. The Facebook page says it will open "soon." Louisville will apparently get another similar restaurant called KPOT that IS part of a chain.

There's a fine line between paczki and jelly-filled donuts. The main difference is the preferred fillings for paczki (or is the plural paczkii?) are prune or apple.

Every year for Christmas, I order my dad and father-in-law a sampler pack from the Anchor's Chip of the Month Club. It is a 24 bag variety pack of 1-2 oz. bags of potato chips. I like it because they are from local and regional cookers. They like it because of the different flavors.

Takashi Sushi Steak Poke Bowls. by Terri Beam » Sun Jul 14, 2024 12:46 am. I spied a new restaurant coming to Fern Creek in the newly remodeled strip mall behind Moby Dick. So sushi, steak, and poke bowls, but I can't find a website for them yet. I like sushi, but we already have Sake Blue and Asiana, so I'm not sure another sushi joint is ...
