Laguna's 2nd congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Laguna, formerly La Laguna. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. [ 3 ]
The lake-filled maar is located along the southern shore of Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the Philippines, with Tadlac Lake protruding out of the shore of the larger lake. If not for its slightly-elevated crater rim, Tadlac Lake would be wholly engulfed by Laguna de Bay. [4] The volcanic lake is one of many maars in the Laguna Volcanic Field.
