The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, also known as the Jammu and Kashmir Vidhan Sabha, is the legislature of Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Javaid Mustafa Mir was born in a political family in 1967. His father, Mir Mustafa was elected as MLA from Chadoora (Vidhan Sabha constituency) twice in 1987 and 1990.
