The Toyota Dyna (Japanese: トヨタ・ダイナ) is a light to medium-duty cab over truck for commercial use. In the Japanese market, the Dyna is sold alongside its twin called the Toyoace . The Toyoace was a renaming of the Toyopet SKB Truck as a result of a 1956 public competition with 200,000 entries. [ 7 ] "
The Toyota Massy Dyna (トヨタ・マッシーダイナ) is a four-tonne medium-duty truck built by Toyota between 1969 and 1979. It could seat three. The chassis was developed by Toyota, with the Toyota Auto Body subsidiary designing the bodywork. Hino Motors did the work on engine, transmission, and clutch.

Above the seat settings are the memory control settings that also set the mirrors and foot pedals. The spartan interior featured hammock-style seats, as in a Citroën 2CV. The "K" in the model code was shared, as was the chassis, with the Toyopet SK/RK Truck, a line which was later to become the Toyota Stout. The first Toyoace initially sold slowly, due to a price much higher than the three-wheeled trucks with which it was competing.
Introduced in April 1954 as the Toyopet RK 1¼ ton truck, it was larger than the similar Toyota SG light truck but smaller than the Toyota FA medium duty truck. [2] In 1955 it was upgraded to carry 1.5 tons. [3] The standard body was a 2-door, 3 seater pickup with a separate well body (with a fold down tailgate).
The Dyna X made a considerable impression in the touring car championships of the late 1940s. The car was also noted for its frugal fuel consumption. Engine displacement was increased in 1950 to 745 cc, and to 851 cc in 1952, by which time claimed output had increased to 40 hp (29 kW) in the Dyna 130, named for its 130 km/h (81 mph) top speed.
