It should be Wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer. This is what it says on the mugs (and the coin that is featured in the article), and they are correct. You don't say Wedding of Mr and Mrs Jones, you say Wedding of Mr Jones and Miss (or Ms or whatever) Smith.
