In Australia, the Nine Network ran a "Name the Flintstones' baby" competition during the 'pregnancy' episodes—few Australian viewers were expected to have a U.S. connection giving them information about past Flintstone episodes. An American won the contest and received an all-expenses-paid trip to tour Hanna-Barbera Studios.

Roxy Rubble (daughter; Hollyrock-a-Bye Baby) [7] Pebbles Flintstone-Rubble is a fictional character in the Flintstones franchise. The red-haired daughter of Fred and Wilma Flintstone , Pebbles was born near the end of the third season.
Hollyrock-a-Bye Baby was released in 1993. The sequel is considered very difficult to syndicate after its original broadcast and the attempt at releasing it on home media was delayed until 2012, mainly due to the involved suggestive material relating to child birth.
