Therese Charlotte Luise of Saxony-Hildburghausen (8 July 1792 – 26 October 1854) was queen of Bavaria as the wife of King Ludwig I. Oktoberfest was created in honour of their wedding and is still celebrated annually on Theresienwiese in Munich.

Therese was the third child and only daughter of Luitpold, Prince Regent of Bavaria , and of his wife Archduchess Augusta of Austria .

The number does not add up because Elizabeth of Lorraine and Caroline of Baden, held two titles. There were a few consorts that married twice, usually their brothers-in-law. It was common for the ruler of Bavaria to have more than one wife.
