The King's Hall was a multi-purpose venue located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.The King's Hall consisted of 6 event venues. The King's Hall is owned by the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society (RUAS) (previously the North East Agricultural Association of Ireland), who moved to the venue in 1896 from their previous showgrounds in Belfast Corporation Markets area. [1]
The centre, which was developed by the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society, opened in September 2015. [3] It was significantly expanded with the completion of the Dr E.F. Logan Hall [ a ] in spring 2018.
The Royal Ulster Agricultural Society redeveloped the area of the site purchased into Northern Ireland's largest events venue, the Eikon Exhibition Centre. In 2018, the RUAS celebrated the 150th Balmoral Show at the new Balmoral Park site.

Balmoral Park is now the home of the Balmoral Show, organized by the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society. [1] As of April 2020, the Eikon Exhibition Centre, which is located in the park, was being considered as a location for one of the NHS COVID-19 critical care hospitals. [2] It is also one of the two bases of Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.

He was President of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society from 1984 to 1986. In 1967, he was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant (DL) for County Antrim, and he served as Lord Lieutenant between 1994 and 2008. [1] O'Neill was appointed a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (KCVO) in the 2009 New Year Honours. [14]
He also served as President of the Belfast Chamber of Commerce in 1911, as a member of Belfast Harbour Commissioners from 1914 to 1950, as President of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast and as president of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society from 1925 to 1930 and from 1931 until his death.
