Kevin Altona "Tony" Robinson (born January 22, 1964) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Super Bowl-winning Washington Redskins as a replacement member of their team during the 1987 players' strike.
Robinson was born on 15 August 1946 in Homerton, London, to Phyllis (1916–2005) and Leslie Robinson (1913–1989). [3] His parents were from working-class Hackney backgrounds; his father was a civil servant and council employee who served in the RAF, and his mother, an audio-typist, served in the WAAF. [4]
