Ryomen Sukuna (Japanese: 両面 宿儺, Hepburn: Ryōmen Sukuna) is a fictional character and one of the central antagonists of the manga and anime series Jujutsu Kaisen created by Gege Akutami. A Heian Era sorcerer, he was once known notoriously as the King of Curses and well known as the greatest Sorcerer to ever live.

Sukuna confronts Megumi and rips Yuji's heart out so that if they switch back, Yuji will die while Sukuna will still control the body. Sukuna defeats Megumi but is intrigued by his potential. Megumi explains that his will to save others came after seeing his sister fall into a coma from a cursed spirit and that he does not regret saving Yuji.
To counteract Mahoraga's ability to adapt to any attack, Sukuna activates his Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine, which mercilessly slashes every thing and every person within a 140-meter radius, including Mahoraga. Haruta is also caught in the attack and killed. Sukuna secretly brings Megumi to Shoko to be healed before showing his work to Yuji.
The idea of Yuji consuming Ryomen Sukuna and having to deal with the demon in the process was inspired by the main character from Masashi Kishimoto manga Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki, who deals with a Nine-Tailed Demon Fox known as Kurama ever since his birth. [3]
