Situated at 75 Chestnut Street, two blocks west of Charles Street, it was established on October 9, 1997. It is a sister restaurant of Cheers Beacon Hill, 75 on Liberty Wharf and Hampshire House. In 1975, the restaurant expanded with the opening of a more traditional outlet at the site of the former S.S. Pierce building in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. [14] The original Inman Square restaurant was destroyed in a fire on January 18, 1980. [15]
