Hultgren was born in 1917 in Santa Rosa, California, the son of Swedish immigrants Adolf and Hilda Hultgren. [5] He attended Santa Rosa public schools. In 1932, Hultgren became the youngest Eagle Scout ever recognized in the state of California. [6] At Santa Rosa High School, he was a straight A student and member of the debate team.
The commons was made possible by a million-dollar donation from Affton High School alumni Bill ('63) and Nancy ('65) Thompson. A new athletic complex, which included a new football field, bleachers, all-weather track and lights made its debut at the start of the 2004–2005 school year, with contributions from actor and alumnus John Goodman.
Randall Mark Hultgren [1] (/ ˈ h ʌ l t ɡ r ə n /; born March 1, 1966) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for Illinois's 14th congressional district from 2011 to 2019. He is a member of the Republican Party. Hultgren represented the 48th district Senate seat in the Illinois General Assembly from 2007 to 2011.
