The article lists the Scrabble words in North America which are q but no u which are allowed in Scrabble, but it seems to have omitted the word "talaq". This word would be acceptable in the United Kingdom as a word with a q but no u - I have played in in Scrabble, and it is listed in a book called "Official Scrabble Lists".

It goes without saying that the same dictionaries that list these words also provide this information. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a bureaucracy game for bean counters. That said, this style of citation does have the disadvantage that editors may in good faith introduce unsourced claims that will then appear to be sourced.
Because two dictionaries have a word entered two different ways doesn't make it "two" words. I suspect (I haven't looked these up), that the pronunciation is identical (or nearly "ts" and "tz"), it's simply a matter of Romanizing the words from Arabic. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a fantastic list and would like to see it a Featured list ...
cwtch (a hiding place or cubby hole) is also from Welsh (albeit a recent word influenced by English, and used almost exclusively in the variant of English spoken in Wales, not in standard English), and crwth and cwtch are the longest English dictionary words without a, e, i, o, u, y according to Collins Dictionary.
