Ebenezer Road begins as a stub west of McVean Drive just north of Queen Street and ends at Highway 50. It continues the straight course of Queen after the street curves to tie into York Road 7 (Highway 7), and was the original route of the former highway (and was also part of the afformentioned earlier Fifth Sideroad) when it jogged at Highway 50.
