Timothy "Jace" Fox is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.Created by Len Wein and Irv Novick, he first appeared in Batman #313 (1979) as one of the sons of Lucius Fox, an associate of Bruce Wayne who manages Wayne Enterprises and supplies equipment for Wayne's double life as Batman.
Philip Kane first appeared in Batman (vol. 2) #21 (August 2013) as part of The New 52 (a 2011 reboot of the DC universe). The uncle of Bruce Wayne, he's one of Gotham City 's citizens blackmailed into the Red Hood Gang 's ranks, providing Wayne Industries ' weapons.
Sinestro, under orders of Pariah and Deathstroke, tries to torture Jace Fox (the new Batman) and have Jace get the Yellow Lantern ring. This fails when Jace Fox sees through Sinestro's illusions, and decides to go help the Justice League fight against Pariah's Great darkness enemy.

Batman escapes from Scarecrow and creates an antidote while Catwoman and Jace Fox observe how the Magistrate is taking over Gotham City. Cassandra Cain subdues Batman while he's distracted from his antidote to Scarecrow's Fear Toxin and he meets up with Barbara Gordon and Stephanie Brown where they bring him up to speed on what is happening.
