KENTUCKY REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. The KREC Education Department is dedicated to ensuring that all licensees and prospective licensees receive the most up to date real estate courses available. Pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses are available online or in-person.

Licensees may renew online on their KREC eServices account OR may complete KREC form 208 (License Renewal Form) and submit it with the appropriate payment as indicated on the form. Active licensees must purchase E&O insurance before renewing.

The Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC, also known as the Commission) works to protect the public through the regulation, examination, and licensure of real estate sales associates and brokers. The Commission also receives and investigates complaints involving its licensees.
KENTUCKY REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. All actively licensed agents shall be required to attend six (6) hours of continuing education courses sponsored or approved by the Commission. Of the six (6) hours, three (3) hours shall be in courses on real estate law.
