Solved: I received a document that was delivered as "compressed pdf". I can print it, but in that compressed form the text is very small.
I believe there was a way to do that with creating an Action that compresses files in Adobe, and then creating a batch file using that action. We need to compress thousands of pdfs that come out of dynamics 365. They are bloated and Adobe's compression reduces their size by almost 10 times.

The above link works if I logout of my adobe account and compress pdf's without signing in. However I do not understand why I cannot follow the same procedure when logged in to my adobe account. It is quite inconvenient having to log in and out constantly to compress pdfs, as I use my document cloud regularly.
