The Dillingham Theatre Company bought a 30.6-by-83.4-foot (9.3 by 25.4 m) plot at 1555 Broadway and a 139-by-100-foot (42 by 30 m) assemblage at 203–217 West 46th Street [4] [5] in November 1907. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District of the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles.
