Use Sign-in Helper, AOL's password reset and account recovery tool, to get back in to your account. Go to the Sign-in Helper. Enter one of the account recovery items listed. Click Continue. Should you still wish to cancel your premium subscription, follow these steps: Sign into MyAccount. If you aren't already on your Subscriptions page, click My Services | My Subscriptions.
